This is programs include a one-on-one Coaching approach to your customized training and nutrition program and all the services of WickidFit with the highest level of direct support from (Me) your Online Coach.

  • Ongoing direct support 2 times per week via telephone or Skype to discuss, review, and assess and updated to solve any issues directly with your Coach
